About Cindy
Thirty-five years ago, Cindy Baxter opened her studio. Her primary goal was to create beautiful photographic works of art that included her clients’ children. Since then, Cindy has become the premier children’s portrait artist in the Ohio Valley area, creating stunning art pieces that adorn the walls of literally thousands of homes in Ohio and beyond.
About Our Little Models Program
Cindy’s forte has always been to create beautiful, realistic set designs. When she creates a new set or is experimenting with a different style or idea, she needs children to model.
So we are looking for models, specifically for children of all ages!
Here’s what you can expect if you join the program and participate in a model session:
- We may videotape your child during the session.
- We may use your pictures and videos for marketing purposes.
- We will set expectations before the session and provide any instructions necessary to ensure appropriate hair styling and clothing. Most of the clothing will be provided for you.
- Joining the Little Models program is FREE.
- However, we do require a $99 deposit when we schedule you for a session. As long as you show up for the session, this amount is either refunded or applied to an order.
- There is no obligation to purchase, but we offer deep discounts off our regular pricing if you decide to invest. Click here to view our special pricing.
- If you join our Little Models Program we will contact you as new sets are available but we cannot guarantee availability on future sets.

2. As Cindy needs models, you will receive a message, in the form of email and/or text. If you are interested in participating in that particular session, respond to the message per the instructions provided. If you are not interested in that session, there’s no need to do anything.
